During registration and usage of ECLIPTICA® Demo, we may collect the following information:

Important: You must not upload personal patient data, special category health data, or confidential third-party data.

• To manage your demo account and access to ECLIPTICA® Demo

• To improve and monitor the performance of ECLIPTICA® Demo

No patient or sensitive data is processed for clinical or regulatory purposes.

3. Data Storage and Retention

• Session Data: All data entered during your session is stored temporarily in volatile memory and is automatically deleted upon logout or session expiry.
• Logs: Technical and security logs may be retained for up to 14 days to ensure security, audit, and system integrity, after which they are securely deleted or anonymised.
• Accounts: Ecliptica® Demo accounts expire automatically after 10 days, and any associated registration data is deleted.

No backups of user session data are maintained.

We process your personal data under the legal bases of:
