Important: All personal data uploaded or processed in ECLIPTICA® remains on your device. It is never transmitted to R-S-S or third parties.

Note: Uploaded personal data never leaves your device.

  • All data processing occurs locally on your device.
  • We do not access, store, or share your uploaded personal data.
  • AI Processing: ECLIPTICA® uses AI technology to process data locally. Any data uploaded for AI processing remains on your device, and outputs are generated entirely within ECLIPTICA®. AI-generated outputs are for evaluation and informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for clinical, regulatory, or compliance decisions.

3. Data Storage and Retention

  • Local data: Uploaded files, processed data, and temporary results are stored locally on your device.
  • No cloud storage used: Your personal data is not backed up or transferred to external servers.

4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Ensuring the security of your device and any personal data stored on it
  • Compliance with any local laws and regulations when uploading personal or sensitive data
  • Regularly backing up your data if required
  • Ensuring any personal or sensitive data used for AI processing is handled securely

5. Data Sharing and Transfers

  • Submitted logs may include device information, ECLIPTICA® lication version, and error details.
  • Uploaded personal files are never included in optional diagnostic submissions.
  • Your data is not shared with third parties, except where required by law.
  • By using ECLIPTICA®, you acknowledge that data may be transferred and processed internationally for system administration and security purposes.

6. Legal Basis for Processing

  • Legitimate interest: To provide, secure, and improve ECLIPTICA®
  • No other personal data is processed or transferred externally.

7. Your Rights

You may:

  • Access or correct registration information stored in ECLIPTICA®
  • Request deletion of submitted diagnostic data
  • Control what personal data you upload and process locally
